POOL & ZACUZZI SAFETY DISCLOSURE:

There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the Pool and Jacuzzi at their own risk. By booking, guests agree to release the property owner from liability for any injuries or accidents related to pool or spa use.

MAINTENANCE NOTICE:

Routine services such as pool cleaning, landscaping, and pest control may access outdoor areas without prior notice. While we maintain high cleanliness standards, occasional sightings of insects may occur, as is common in South Florida homes.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property – no shared spaces.
