Bedroom 4: 2 Queen beds, dresser, private bath
Bedroom 5: 1 King bed, dresser, private bath

5 full bathrooms stocked with bath, hand, and pool towels
Starter toiletries included (hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap)

No parties or events
No smoking indoors
Please respect quiet hours (10:00PM – 9:00AM), especially when using the basketball court
Regular pool, landscaping, and pest control services may occur without prior notice
