🌴 General
– Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
– Guest Limit: For safety, comfort, and compliance, the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 16.
– No pets are allowed.
– Small gatherings are welcome (family BBQs, dinners, etc.), but no parties, raves, or large events.
🔊 Noise & Neighborhood
– Miami has quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep voices, music, and outdoor activity low during these times.
– A noise monitoring device is installed (indoors is not recorded) to ensure compliance with city ordinances. Excessive noise may result in fines or termination of stay.
– Respect our neighbors — no honking, loud music, or disruptive behavior in the driveway or yard.
🏊 Pool & Hot Tub
– No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
– Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub.
– No diving, running, or horseplay in or around the pool.
– No glass containers near the pool or hot tub. Please use provided plastic cups.
– Hot tub is for relaxation only. No soaps, bath bombs, or oils allowed.
*The hot tub is set to a comfortable default. If the temperature is raised above 98°F, an additional fee will apply. If the hot tub requires extra cleaning due to misuse (such as entering without rinsing off, excess dirt, sand, oils, or products), an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
🚭 Smoking & Substances
– No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking outdoors is allowed in designated areas only.
– Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited.
🚗 Parking
– Ample parking is available on the property driveway.
– Please do not block neighboring driveways or sidewalks.
🧹 Cleanliness & Safety
– It’s very important to keep exterior doors closed to maintain the home’s climate and prevent pests. Please note: if doors are left open for an extended period, the host will receive an alert and may reach out with a friendly reminder.
– Do not tamper with exterior security cameras or safety equipment.
– Dispose of trash in the bins provided. Garbage pickup is Monday & Thursday mornings.
– Leave used towels in the bathrooms at checkout; our cleaning team will handle the rest.
Air Conditioning: For the health of the system and to ensure reliable cooling, the AC cannot be set below 69°F.

– The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.
Guests are responsible for the actions of their children and visitors at all times.
• Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras at the front and back record 24/7 for security and occupancy monitoring. No cameras inside.
