POOL HEATING: Is optional. To guarantee an optimal temperature we must turn it on in advance one day before, there is a fee of $40 / day + taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please let us know if you would like to request this service. The pool pump operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Pool and Jacuzzi heating available for $30/day (3-day minimum; must be requested at least 48 hours in advance)

Towels provided: bath, hand, and pool (no washcloths included)

Starter toiletries provided: hotel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner

Routine outdoor maintenance (e.g., pool service, landscaping, pest control) may take place without prior notice

Strict no-party and no-event policy

No smoking allowed indoors

POOL & JACUZZI SAFETY NOTICE:

There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are solely responsible for the safe use of the pool and jacuzzi. Use is at your own risk. By booking, guests agree to waive any liability claims related to pool or jacuzzi use.
